Saw the card on your MINI? You are in the right place.
Co-hosting · San Diego CountyYou Own a MINI. Let It Earn While You're Not Driving It.
Most privately owned cars move about an hour a day. The other twenty-three, yours is paying insurance, registration and depreciation to sit still. We list your MINI, run it on Turo, handle everyone who rents it, and split the revenue. You keep the keys, the title, and every day you block for yourself.
Two minutes to apply. The first thing we tell you is whether your MINI qualifies.
First, Does Your MINI Qualify?
Four rules, and we apply them before anything else so nobody wastes an afternoon. They exist because guests book newer, cleaner, automatic cars, and because a high-mileage car costs more to keep on the road than it earns.
How It Works
Four steps. You are meaningfully involved in exactly one of them.
Apply
Two minutes. Year, trim, mileage, where the car lives. We tell you straight away whether it qualifies.
We look at the car
In person. Condition, tyres, service history, and whether the interior photographs well. Then we agree the split and put it in writing.
We build the listing
Photography, copy, trim-accurate specs, pricing, and your blocked-out days on the calendar before it ever goes live.
We run it
Guests, messages, handoffs, cleaning, problems at 11pm, claims when something goes wrong. You get a monthly statement.

- The right to end the arrangement
What It Costs You
A revenue split. No monthly fee.
You are paid a share of what your MINI actually earns. There is no management retainer, no listing fee, and no charge for the photography. If your car earns nothing in a month, we earn nothing in that month. The split is agreed in writing before your car is ever listed — you will know the number before you commit to anything, not after.
What you still pay for
It is your car, so maintenance, registration, and your own insurance stay with you, the same as they do today. Cleaning and turnaround between trips is coordinated by us and billed against the trip, not invoiced to you separately. Anything unusual gets a conversation before it gets spent.
And Yes — There Is a Tax Side
A MINI genuinely placed in service producing rental income is a business asset, not a toy. That is the whole premise of this site.
Some owners co-host purely for the income and never intended to take losses against a salary. Others want both, and need to be deliberate about how involved they stay. Either is fine. What is not fine is finding out in April. Bring it up with your CPA before you sign anything — including with us — and run the first-year estimator so you walk into that conversation with numbers instead of vibes.

Co-Hosting Questions
What is the split?
A share of the revenue your MINI produces, with no monthly fee. We agree the exact number in writing before your car is listed, and it does not change without you agreeing to it. If your car earns nothing, we earn nothing.
Can I still drive my own car?
Yes. You block the days you want and we work the calendar around them. Blocking half the month means earning less than blocking three days — but it is your car, and that trade-off is yours to make, not ours.
Who is responsible if a guest damages it?
We document the car before and after every trip, file the claim, and push it through. What is ultimately recoverable depends on the protection plan in place and the circumstances — which is exactly why we walk through coverage with you before the car is listed rather than after something happens.
Do I have to give up my keys permanently?
No. We hold a set to run handoffs. You keep yours, you keep the title, and the car remains entirely yours throughout.
What if I want out?
You end it. We honour trips already booked so no guest is stranded, hand back the listing and the keys, and that is the end of it. No lock-in — it is a car, not a mortgage.
Why only MINIs?
Because knowing one car properly beats knowing forty badly. We know what the trims are worth, what breaks, what a Cooper S should photograph like, and what a guest is actually choosing when they scroll past the crossovers. That focus is the whole advantage — diluting it would cost you money.
Why only San Diego?
Because handoffs, cleaning and 11pm problems are physical. A co-host who cannot get to your car within the hour is a call centre. When we open another market we will say so on this page.
How fast will I hear back?
The eligibility answer is immediate — the form tells you before you even send it. A human reply comes after that, including when the answer is no.
